Job summary

AFLAC is seeking a Training Content Developer to design and deliver instructional materials for diverse audiences across ILT, virtual and online formats. You will craft curricula using adult learning theory and ensure clarity and accessibility of content.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in content development, familiarity with script writing, video creation, and Microsoft Office suite. Hybrid/remote work options apply within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional work experience.
• 2 years as a web-based content developer; script writing, voice talent, video creation & editing, and graphic design with demonstrated impact.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise training content for ILT, VILT, webinars and video.
• Develop online training products and ensure timely communications.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and leader trainings.
• Edit, proofread and coordinate production of training materials.
