Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in instructional design.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and approaches.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and assess effective educational materials for diverse learning styles
• Work with SMEs to determine training requirements and instructional end goals of target audience
• Apply established instructional design theories and techniques to create environment conducive to adult learning
• Become a SME in Brainshark/Articulate
