Job summary

Airswift in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a 6-month assignment to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs. Responsibilities include updating online modules, supporting live web-based sessions, and creating instructor-led guides and job aids using an instructional design process.

The role also covers LMS support, course administration, reporting, content maintenance, and data cleanup, with Cornerstone LMS experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum five years delivering corporate training programs.
• Experience with Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar tools.
• Experience administering an enterprise LMS is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting compliance, ethics, or professional development training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze learning needs and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain eLearning courses, job aids, and live sessions.
• Support Cornerstone LMS administration, reports, and content validation.
• Maintain training matrices and learner records.
• Evaluate learning solutions using stakeholder feedback and data.
