Job summary

C Ti CRM in Memphis, TN is seeking an Instructional Developer to design and develop curriculum and training systems that boost operational performance and professional development.

You will apply adult learning theories, create storyboards and multimedia content, manage LMS administration, and evaluate learner progress. Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' instructional development experience required; aviation/military experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of Instructional Development experience with courseware and multimedia.
• User-centered design for synchronous, asynchronous, and remote delivery.
• Foundational understanding of LMS features and usage.
• Project management experience; portfolio/work samples welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Apply best practices in instructional design for student-centered learning and assessment.
• Design, develop, and review courseware meeting ISD standards and business needs.
• Follow CTI and ALT Team development processes and style guides.
• Organize and manage multiple projects with ISD leadership communication.
• Utilize LMS to assign, load, and track courseware for students and troubleshoot issues.
• Research new learning technologies and techniques.
