Qualifications

• Experience creating eLearning, digital training content, videos, QRGs, and job aids.
• Proficient with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Captivate or similar tools.
• Ability to transform complex information into clear learning materials.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials including eLearning courses and videos.
• Build interactive, self-paced learning experiences using authoring tools.
• Create and edit instructional videos and multimedia content.
• Apply instructional design principles to create clear learning experiences.
• Develop training documentation and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and translate expertise into content.
• Manage content in the LMS and ensure access to resources.
• Gather feedback to improve content and learner experience.
