You will collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business goals and leverage modern tools to improve retention and skill development. The role requires 3+ years in Learning & Development, strong instructional design expertise, and hands-on experience with Articulate 360, LMS platforms, and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in Learning & Development or HR.
• Strong instructional design expertise and adult learning knowledge.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Synthesia, Adobe CC, Vyond or similar tools.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and deploying online courses.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions; manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable training content.
