Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Instructional Design (or equivalent background).
• 2+ years of relevant work experience (or 4+ years with an ID certificate).
• Experience with ADDIE models.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Ability to create training courses and perform business needs analysis.
• Strong customer focus and consulting mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comparable roles: Curriculum Designer, ISD, Education Designer, Training Designer, L&D Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules, courses, and programs aligned to customer service processes
• Gather performance data to measure training effectiveness and monitor ROI
• Review and maintain training materials for compliance
• Apply ADDIE models and adult learning principles to instructional design work
• Conduct business needs analysis to inform training design
• Partner with the training team to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Travel up to 10% domestically as needed
