Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, instructional design, PM, business or related field.
• 3–5 years experience with instructional design authoring tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in administrative function.
• Experience with CRS databases and HR applications including Direct Access/Oracle/PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing instructor-led trainings into RISE courses.
• Compile YTD learner report using LMS, Excel and other sources.
• Design Catalog of Offerings presentation for employees.
• Schedule instructor-led offerings.
• Online course audio work (audio editing and script matching).
• Research/Map 2024 learning trends.
• Develop repository of all courses/assets in Teams.
• Monitor ServiceNow/TCIS tickets for Learning issues assigned to ID/LD.

Job Description:

Create compelling learning activities, course content and branded collateral, working with subject matter experts and team members to identify training needs, applying instructional design theories and methods, and utilizing multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.

Essential Functions:

• Convert existing instructor-led trainings into RISE courses
• Compile YTD learner report based on data from LMS, excel and other sources
• Design Catalog of Offerings presentation for employees
• Schedule instruction-led offerings
• Online course audio work (busting up audio/checking against the script)
• Research/Map 2024 learning trends
• Develop repository of all courses, assets, etc. in Teams
• Monitor ServiceNow/TCIS tickets for Learning issues assigned to ID/LD

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Instructional Design, Project Management, Business or related field
• Project Management Experience
• Candidate must have experience in administrative function
• Candidate must have strong communication skills
• Apply instructional design theory to projects
• 3 – 5 years experience with instructional design authoring tools
• Strong experience with database systems (CRS) and common HR applications, including Direct Access/Oracle, PeopleSoft, intranet
