Smith Seckman Reid, Inc is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, build, and deliver engaging curricula, eLearning, and blended programs across the firm. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into successful training solutions and ensure high-quality delivery.

The role focuses on needs assessments, creating storyboards and content, and administering LMS activities across offices. Strong instructional design theory and familiarity with SCORM are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of training or facilitation experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with SCORM compliance and copy writing laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or comparable field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-impact learning curricula, eLearning, and blended programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with management and SMEs on objectives and prioritization.
• Create storyboards, scripts, course content, job aids, and learner guides; use instructional design best practices.
