Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) is seeking an Instructional Designer to translate priorities into engaging curricula and blended programs. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning across the firm.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, storyboarding, and LMS administration while collaborating with multiple offices. The role emphasizes strong instructional design theory and effective delivery in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of corporate training or facilitation experience.
• Experience with SCORM compliance and copywriting laws.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-impact learning programs with leaders and SMEs.
• Create storyboards, scripts, eLearning, and blended content.
• Develop curricula, job aids, and learner guides.
• Plan, organize, and manage training activities across offices.
• Deliver and facilitate training to diverse audiences.
• Improve content based on feedback and measure training impact.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure data integrity.
