The role requires collaboration with learning partners, SMEs, and stakeholders, with end-to-end responsibility for design, build, quality, accessibility, and updates across learning assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related field.
• Experience creating structured content and learner support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build learning assets using templates, tools, and standards.
• Translate SME input into structured learning experiences (courses, modules, job aids).
• Apply adult learning principles, accessibility, and inclusive design.
