Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning technologies, education, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing digital learning resources and instructional materials for adult learners.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Synthesia or similar.
• Experience creating multimedia assets (videos, graphics, templates, etc.).
• Familiarity with learning technologies, design tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and curate engaging learning resources and performance support tools.
• Create multimedia learning assets using authoring, design, and video tools.
• Maintain and update existing learning materials for accuracy and accessibility.
• Support AI-enhanced learning solutions and workflows.
• Research learning needs and new technologies; test and evaluate approaches.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design and refine learning experiences.
• Apply evidence-based instructional design and accessibility standards to all products.
• Coordinate project activities and contribute to learning initiatives.
• Define measures of learning success and analyze feedback data.
