You will translate business needs into structured, accessible learning experiences, collaborating with stakeholders to diagnose needs and deliver end-to-end learning across assets. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in instructional design, strong adult learning and accessibility knowledge, and comfort with AI-enabled authoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Experience translating SME input into structured learning assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and update learning assets using templates and standards.
• Translate SME input into courses, modules, and practice activities.
• Apply adult learning and accessibility standards across deliverables.
• Collaborate with Learning Consultants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
• Use AI-enabled design tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality.
