Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Learning Innovation Lead to scout and pilot emerging learning technologies such as AI, automation, and simulations. You will design rigorous pilots, measure impact, and translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for GL&D and HR stakeholders.

The role emphasizes scalable innovation, governance, and enabling successful hand-offs to BAU, with collaboration across AI, security, procurement, and vendor management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Eight or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience
• Experience evaluating, piloting, or implementing emerging technologies (AI, automation, simulations, or apps) in learning/HR environments

Responsibilities

• Scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging learning technologies to validate business value and scalability
• Design structured pilots with hypotheses, success criteria, timelines, and measurement plans
• Build business cases and PoC demonstrations translating technical capability into business outcomes
• Contribute to governance and risk/security/compliance reviews for new technologies
• Partner with GL&D and HR stakeholders to plan adoption and enablement
