Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an AI Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that build AI fluency and support responsible adoption. You will own the instructional design lifecycle for AI learning experiences and partner with the Center of Excellence and subject matter experts to align content with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in learning and development or instructional design.
• Experience with AI technology and Microsoft tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design to analyze needs and define objectives.
• Create accessible, interactive learning solutions (ILT, online, video, blended).
• Develop project plans aligned to AI strategy with clear deliverables and milestones.
• Design prototypes, gather feedback, and ensure QA for learning content.
• Create assessment strategies to measure knowledge and adoption.
