Job summary

Anchor Point Technology Resources in the United States is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the design of learning journeys and blended programs for individual contributors and managers.

You will apply adult learning theory and models such as ADDIE and SAM, create experiential learning for skill practice, develop facilitation materials, collaborate with stakeholders, and use AI to accelerate design while measuring impact with Kirkpatrick’s framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning.
• Experience with Cornerstone and/or Articulate 360.

Responsibilities

• Design modular and phased learning journeys and blended learning experiences.
• Apply ADDIE and SAM instructional design models.
• Create experiential learning where learners practice new skills.
• Develop facilitation materials and deliver sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop learning solutions.
• Use AI to accelerate learning design and development.
• Develop metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s model.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
