Design instructor-led and e-learning programs using Articulate or Captivate or comparable software.
Maintain annual learning and development plans and training records.
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Support cross-training and leadership development initiatives.
Produce training reports and metrics for management.
