Job summary

DENSO is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to own the full design lifecycle for large-scale enterprise manufacturing learning solutions. You will partner with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze needs and craft engaging training that enhances employee performance.

The role requires independent project management from concept through delivery, quick system learning, and leadership of the design and development process with minimal oversight. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience in enterprise settings.
• Ability to lead end-to-end design projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience designing across eLearning, ILT, and blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete instructional design lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs.
• Design instructor-led, eLearning, and blended solutions.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, guides, and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
