Job summary

Hermès is seeking an Institutional Press Manager to support the Communications department in strengthening brand visibility across Maison, Equestrian, and Institutional channels in the US. You will help craft strategic storytelling, manage top-tier press placements, and coordinate corporate communications with a focus on branding and crisis readiness.

You will collaborate with the Director on events, budget oversight, and stakeholder alignment, requiring strong writing, presentation, and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role or department.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Director with all Maison, Equestrian, and Institutional requests and initiatives.
• Develop and execute storytelling and product editorial placements in top-tier publications and digital outlets.
• Track corporate and crisis press, flag issues to senior team and Paris HQ as needed.
• Work with Director to align CSR and diversity & inclusion strategy with press activities.
• Coordinate press programs for regional events and store openings; manage logistics for events.
