Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks an Institutional Press Manager to drive national and regional press for Maison, Equestrian, and institutional initiatives. You will help craft strategic storytelling, secure editorial placements, and coordinate press programs to elevate brand visibility across top-tier outlets.

You will track media coverage, manage events and travel logistics, assist with budgets, and align with head office on crisis communications and CSR initiatives, while supervising freelance presses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in press, communications, or similar roles.
• Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with media monitoring and editorial outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director on Maison, Equestrian, and Institutional press requests and initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic storytelling and editorial placement in national, regional, and digital outlets.
• Track media coverage and elevate issues to senior leadership and headquarters.
• Coordinate press strategy with CSR and align with non-profit and D&I initiatives.
• Organize press logistics for events and store openings; arrange travel and experiences for major events.
• Oversee press freelancer tasks and assist with budget development and invoices.
