Hermères in New York seeks a Manager of Special Events to lead medium-scale events, from concept through execution, within budget. The role requires close collaboration with Hermères International Office and store teams, plus external vendors. You will manage budgets, timelines, and post-event recaps while mentoring the events coordinator.

Travel to delegated events is required; strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role or environment.
• Strong event production skills including logistics management.
• Exceptional project management and planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Plan, produce and execute delegated events end-to-end.
• Collaborate with international office on concepts and approvals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendor contracts and on-site execution.
• Mentor and supervise the Special Events Coordinator.
