Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, preferably fixed income.
• Knowledge of fixed income securities and portfolio management strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time-management, organization and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Clear articulation of analysis in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of client servicing and relationship management, including interactions with clients, custodians and transition managers.
• Support compliance monitoring, client cash flow requests, benchmark and guideline changes, and in-kind asset transfers.
• Coordinate with Transitions for new account onboarding, terminations, and bank changes.
• Address accounting, overdraft, pricing and settlement issues with external service providers to resolve issues.
• Maintain responsibility for recurring client tasks on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
• Lead and coordinate client outreach projects related to regulatory changes and firm-wide initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement client solutions and improve processes for operational excellence.
• Provide ongoing operational support across CM Americas accounts by handling tax form requests, LEI renewals and market openings.
