Job summary

PIMCO's Internal Servicing Team (IST) seeks a dedicated operations professional to support daily servicing for large institutional clients in Newport Beach. You will implement benchmark changes, facilitate in-kind transfers, process cash flows, and monitor compliance in collaboration with Account Managers.

Work closely with CM Americas, Product, Portfolio Management, Legal and Transitions to deliver efficient client solutions, address inquiries, and improve workflows in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience within the financial services industry, preferably fixed income.
• Strong project management, time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high-quality output.
• Collaborative teammate with relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of client servicing for institutional accounts.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, custodians and transitions on inquiries and portfolio events.
• Address compliance monitoring, cash flow requests and in-kind asset transfers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative client solutions and improve processes.
