You will work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional partners to execute portfolio events and resolve inquiries.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and strong client service mindset. A minimum of 5 years in financial services is preferred, with a focus on fixed income.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the financial services industry, preferably fixed income.
• Strong project management, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operational servicing for large institutional clients.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Custodians, and Transition Managers on inquiries and portfolio events.
• Support compliance monitoring, client cash flow requests and in-kind transfers.
• Lead outreach and initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
