PIMCO, a global leader in active fixed income, seeks a Client Operations Specialist in Newport Beach. You will partner with client management to oversee onboarding, terminations, in-kind transfers, and portfolio changes, while driving efficiency and risk control across operations.

You will help translate client needs into actionable plans and work with multiple teams to implement improvements that enhance the client experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Client Operations within financial services, preferably fixed income.
• Knowledge of the portfolio event process and related workflows.
• Experience automating business processes with BI tools or automation tech.
• Background in investment operations or with derivatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onboarding, terminations, in-kind transfers, and portfolio modifications.
• Identify operational improvements and mitigate risks across processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client solutions and improve workflows.
• Document project phases and prepare management summaries.
• Coordinate with Client Management, Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Funds Administration, Analytics and external stakeholders.
