PIMCO Ltd. - Pacific Investment Management Company in New York seeks a Client Operations Specialist to oversee the portfolio event process, onboarding, terminations, in-kind transfers, and portfolio modifications.

You will partner with client management and cross-functional teams to identify needs, translate into actionable plans, and drive efficiency while managing risk. This role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, integrity, and continuous learning in a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in Client Operations in financial services, preferably fixed income.
Experience with portfolio event processes and client management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the portfolio event process: onboarding new accounts, terminations, in-kind transfers, portfolio modifications.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and mitigate risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement client solutions and improve processes.
Document project phases and prepare summary reports for management review.
Coordinate activities across Client Management, Servicing, Portfolio, Product, Legal, Compliance, Funds Administration, Analytics, Performance, Operations and with clients, banks, and transition managers.
Foster a collaborative team environment and demonstrate each member's contribution to project success.
Engage in all stages of the client portfolio lifecycle and participate in key implementation decisions.
