PIMCO is seeking a skilled Institutional Client Servicing Analyst to join the Internal Servicing Team. You will oversee daily operational servicing for large institutional clients, coordinating with account managers and cross-functional partners to implement benchmark changes and client requests.

Responsibilities include handling cash flows, in-kind transfers, compliance monitoring, and project work to improve processes and client experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in financial services, preferably fixed income.
• Knowledge of fixed income securities and portfolio management strategies.
• Self-starter with ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Excellent time-management, organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of client servicing and relationship management.
• Work with clients, custodians and transition managers to address inquiries and facilitate portfolio events.
• Support compliance monitoring, cash flows, benchmark changes and in-kind transfers; collaborate with Transitions team for onboarding, terminations and changes.
• Address accounting, overdraft, pricing and settlement issues with external providers.
• Maintain recurring client tasks on monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
• Lead client outreach projects related to regulatory changes and firm initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement client solutions and improve client experience.
• Coordinate tax form requests, LEI renewals, country market openings and ad hoc requests.
