Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an experienced Business Development Associate (Officer) to join the U.S. Cash Distribution team. You will engage with institutional liquidity investors, including asset owners and financial institutions, to drive new revenue and expand the client base.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with legal, compliance, finance, product management, and portfolio teams to deliver strategic initiatives and competitive insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years financial services sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Cash Sales Director to support institutional sales and relationship management for large organizations.
• Engage with prospects through daily outreach, develop new leads, and use market data to secure meetings.
• Manage territory by identifying new prospects and nurturing existing relationships.
• Participate in client meetings and industry events, staying current on market developments.
• Prepare and organize RFPs, marketing materials, and presentations for meetings and events.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting cash products and communicate with clients and senior leaders.
