Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a Vice President to lead Cash Product development and lifecycle management within the Middle Office Cash Services team. The role requires strong business analysis, market research, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, Technology, and E2E partners to deliver strategic cash servicing solutions.

You will drive product strategy, design, and delivery, influencing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
• 12+ years of experience in data analysis, Operations, or Product management.
• Experience with front-to-back Investment management/Investment services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for Alpha cash service.
• Establish strong partnerships with Sales, Operations, Technology, and E2E architecture teams to influence cross-functional solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology to support product demand opportunities and strategy development.
• Define connections between business goals, data and technology investments required to achieve them.
• Communicate recommendations to management/senior leaders in written and oral form.
• Assist with pricing strategies and product policies.
