Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong accounting and custody knowledge with client service experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with client personnel and service providers.
• Review and/or preparation of various client related correspondence.
• Onboarding and offboarding of client accounts.
• Manage internal and client initiatives and projects.
• Assist in preparing client KPI’s and co-ordinate accurate reporting.
• Heavy client interaction on a daily basis.
• Maintain working relationship with all client contacts including investment professionals, auditors, lawyers and banking personnel.
• Special client projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
