Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data analysis, Operations, or Product management.
• Strong knowledge of front-to-back Investment management with focus on cash services.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Establish partnerships with Sales, Operations, Technology, and implementation teams.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology to support product demand.
• Drive product strategy, design, and execution across front, middle, and back office.
• Communicate recommendations to senior leaders and assist with pricing strategies.
