Hertz is seeking a Customer Service Instant Return Representative at an Arizona airport location. You’ll be the brand ambassador delivering the fastest, easiest experience to customers returning vehicles, greeting them professionally and guiding them through charges with clarity.

Role includes flexible shifts, a performance-based commission, and benefits. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and contribute to outstanding service with a team that values accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer experience in a high-volume or service-oriented environment.
• Strong sales and closing skills with a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class customer service by managing vehicle returns in line with Hertz policies.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with luggage and questions.
• Explain charges and provide invoices clearly.
• Resolve issues professionally or escalate to Team Leader as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document requirements.
• Check fuel level and mileage and explain final charges.
• Secure vehicle keys and remind customers to remove belongings.
