Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer in Florida to install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones and train customers on features. This full-time, independent role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a path to advancement.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and be willing to work evenings or weekends; travel by air may be required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the hearing health field is a plus.
• Experience working with senior citizens is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on using the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist Outreach Specialist with lead generation as needed.
• Complete service calls and accurately maintain customer records.
