O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist who serves professional customers through the store’s installer counter. This role will oversee delivery staff to ensure timely order deliveries and will drive sales while leveraging a strong mechanical background.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and route delivery specialists to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time and daily mileages are entered into fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave.
• Ensure returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and label correctly.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock) as needed.
• Assist with customer labor claims, ensuring fast processing.
