O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at our store’s installer counter and oversee the daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

This role involves taking orders by phone and online, invoicing, directing delivery staff, and ensuring vehicle inspections and maintenance meet company standards. ASE certification and bilingual abilities are desirable, with Spanish highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and prepare parts for delivery.
• Direct delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and complete inspections.
• Collaborate with Sales for superior service to professional customers.
• Verify warranties and returns are processed and credited timely.
• Assist on front and back counters and with stock and backroom duties.
