Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter. You will oversee daily activity of delivery staff and ensure accurate, timely order deliveries.

You will develop sales relationships with installers, take orders by phone and online, and coordinate parts pickup, delivery routing, and vehicle maintenance in line with company standards. ASE certification and Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct delivery routing.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Verify warranties/cores billed before customers leave.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Backroom duties: stock, returns, auto-load.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
