O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the store’s installer counter. You will supervise delivery staff, ensure timely deliveries, and help grow sales with installers and pros.

Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical background and good communication skills. Bilingual abilities are encouraged, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies this role.

• Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over phone and online, invoice, pick and stage parts for delivery, and coordinate delivery staff.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Record daily mileages in fleet management devices and complete inspections on time.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify products are billed before customers leave the store, including warranties and cores.
• Ensure returns are picked up/credited promptly and correctly labeled.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock) as needed.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
