O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter. The role supervises delivery staff to guarantee accurate order deliveries and responsive service, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes mechanics knowledge, customer communication, and efficient backroom support to keep daily operations smooth and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery staffing to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time and miles logged in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to give superior service.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts, are billed before checkout.
• Ensure returns are picked up/credited promptly and returns are tagged correctly.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed and support backroom duties.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
