O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist, a technical parts expert who serves professional customers at the store’s installer counter and oversees daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries. This role requires hands-on automotive knowledge and strong communication skills.

• Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take and invoice orders over the phone and online; direct parts to delivery.
• Route delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
• Record daily mileages in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers for service quality.
• Verify product and warranty parts are billed before customer departures.
• Process core and warranty returns promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and proper labeling.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Assist with backroom duties including stock and returns.
• Support with customer labor claims for quick processing.
