Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to manage professional customer orders and coordinate delivery readiness. You will lead a delivery team, ensure accurate picking, and maintain vehicle inspections, while providing exceptional service to installers and shop professionals in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes mechanics expertise, strong communication, and bilingual skills; training includes parts knowledge and logistics processes to improve order

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts picking and staging for delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Log daily mileages in fleet management devices and complete inspections on time.
• Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed and support backroom duties.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Support salesman and Territory Managers to deliver superior service.
