Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online; invoice and direct parts to delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
• Enter daily mileages and vehicle inspections into fleet devices.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists to provide superior service.
• Verify product/merchandise and ensure warranty parts are billed.
• Manage returns and credits for core/warranty items.
• Assist at front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties like stock and returns.
