Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers from the installer counter, oversee daily activity of delivery staff, and ensure accurate, timely order deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and ASE certification is a plus.

The role emphasizes building sales relationships with installers, coordinating parts pick/ delivery, and maintaining vehicle inspections in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanics background.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs is desirable.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice, and direct parts to be picked and staged for delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery and vehicle inspections are recorded.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists/Managers to provide superior service to professionals.
• Verify billing for product/merchandise, returns, and cores; handle warranty processes.
• Assist on front and retail counters; help with backroom duties and labor claims.
• Support overall store operations as assigned.
