Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter and supervise daily delivery activities. You will collaborate with installers and sales staff to build sales relationships, process orders, and ensure accurate picking, invoicing, and timely delivery.
The role requires a strong mechanical background, solid communication, and hands-on automotive repair knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanics.
- Above average communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
- ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
- Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts for delivery.
- Coordinate delivery, route delivery specialists to ensure timely orders.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced per company standards.
- Verify warranty parts and cores are billed and returns are credited promptly.
- Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed.
- Support labor claim processing for customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
