Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Manager to oversee installation services and coordinate installers, ensuring quality work and adherence to company standards. The role involves managing schedules, recruiting qualified personnel, and driving installed sales opportunities while maintaining safety and compliance.

Candidates should bring substantial installation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials or installation experience
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements
• Ability to analyze and solve problems with good judgment
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

Responsabilités

• Program Management: identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors; ensure paperwork is met; ensure installers follow the code of conduct; collaborate with Installed Service Manager to build the team to meet sales/margin goals.
• Job Management: schedule and coordinate installed services; work with sales force to identify installed sales opportunities; research market opportunities and trends to grow installed sales; ensure timely completion according to contract.
• Safety: ensure installers work safely and OSHA rules are followed; conduct inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Knowledge & Training: direct and train Installers to meet regulatory guidelines; ensure training required to install products safely and efficiently
