Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Manager to oversee installation services, repairs and remodeling work performed by installers and subcontractors, and to manage installation schedules. Knowledge of building materials, local building codes, and proper installation techniques will be vital, along with a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials or installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Schedule and coordinate installed services and ensure timely completion per contract.
• Work with sales force to identify installed sales opportunities and present to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company code of conduct and safety standards.
• Train installers to meet regulatory guidelines and product installation requirements.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance through inspections.
