Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Manager to oversee installation services and remodel work performed by employees and subcontractors. You will manage schedules, ensure high workmanship, and drive customer satisfaction with strong product knowledge and safety compliance.

The role requires coordinating field personnel, maintaining paperwork, and collaborating with the Installed Service Manager to meet sales and margin goals in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems with sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and recruits qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensures paperwork requirements are met and installers follow conduct guidelines.
• Works with Installed Service Manager to meet sales and margin goals.
• Schedules and coordinates installed services and identifies opportunities.
• Ensures timely completion of jobs and maintains high workmanship quality.
• Directs safety practices and ensures OSHA regulations are followed.
• Trains Installers to meet guidelines and regulatory requirements.
