Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordination, and communication for residential flooring installations through our vendor network. You will review project details, coordinate timelines, and work with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.

The role is fast-paced, hands-on, and requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, or project tracking software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules, customer appointments, and contractor timelines.
• Support scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and completion of projects promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with installers, customers, and contractors to keep projects on track and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project notes, customer records, and installation details.
• Build relationships with contractors and customers for seamless installations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with staging materials for crews.
