Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Arlington, TX to manage scheduling, coordination, and communication of residential installation projects through our vendor network. You will review project details, coordinate timelines, and work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to Express Flooring standards.

Qualifications

Job description

As an Installation Coordinator at Express Flooring, you’ll play a key role in managing the scheduling, coordination, and communication of residential flooring installation projects through our contracted vendor network. You’ll review project details, coordinate installation timelines, and work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure every project is completed efficiently, on time, and to Express Flooring standards.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in.

Job Type: Full-Time; In-Person
Compensation: $23-$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with one Saturday shift required per month
Location: Arlington, TX

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
