Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Georgetown, TX to manage residential installation projects through our vendor network. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with one Saturday shift per month. Responsibilities include coordinating installation timelines, supporting dispatch and tracking, and maintaining accurate project records.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of customer service or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules, customer appointments, and contractor timelines.
• Support scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and completion of projects in a timely manner.
• Communicate with installers, customers, and contractors to keep projects on track and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project notes and customer records.
• Build relationships with contractors and customers to deliver a seamless installation experience.
• Provide cross-functional support to internal teams as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the project.
