Service Pros Installation Group is seeking a Flooring Installation Coordinator to support customer service-driven operations. This role partners with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and our contractors to ensure timely installations and exemplary customer satisfaction.

It combines administrative duties, scheduling, and on-site coordination to keep projects on track and customers happy. The ideal candidate will manage work orders, maintain inventory, and communicate clearly with customers and crews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic database/spreadsheet skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to support contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for accuracy and resolve labor/product issues.
• Schedule customers and contractors for installations and appointments.
• Review project details with contractors prior to installation.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels and stage materials for crews.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed.
